Human Resources Business Partner

A dynamic and rapidly expanding restaurant chain with sites across the UK and Europe is seeking an experienced senior HRBP. Renowned for its fresh, high-quality ingredients and bold, flavourful dishes, the company is committed to delivering excellence at every level.

In this role, you will shape and implement people strategies that enhance performance, engagement, and company culture. You will play a key role in aligning HR policies with business objectives while fostering an inclusive, high-performing work environment. Key projects include upgrading the HRIS, leading ED&I and reward initiatives, supporting employee relations, and driving talent development.

The ideal candidate will have hospitality or retail HR experience, with a proven ability to develop and execute strategic, high-impact HR initiatives. You should be a hands-on leader, confident in managing HR operations across the UK and internationally. Adaptability, quick thinking, and a solutions-focused mindset will be essential in this fast-paced environment.

For the right candidate, the salary is up to £80,000, with an annual performance bonus of £12,000.
