Hub Operator - 6 Month FTC

Our security Hub operation in Daventry is transforming the way that Safety, Security & Shrinkage operate across our stores.
We currently have a number of opportunities available and in this challenging, fast paced role, you will join a passionate team to review CCTV and data to identify suspicious activity for a set number of stores and collate your findings into comprehensive case files.
You will be responsible for:
Identifying risks in your stores and creating comprehensive case files for anything found
Understanding the key risks in your stores from available reports
Requesting additional data for evidence on certain types of cases
Speaking to stores and Operational Support Partners to gain additional insight
Managing your workload to ensure all deadlines are reached
Ensuring you process data in a confidential and secure manner, always following Information Security policies
Maintaining confidentiality when dealing with sensitive data and case files
You will need:
Experience of a retail / stores or security environment
Strong organisation and time management abilities
Effective communication skills
Attention to detail
Proficient use of MS Office
Experience of data manipulation or CCTV review is desirable but not essential
