Key Responsibilities of the HR Manager:
- Create and develop HR policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support on all Employee Relations issues.
- Maintain accurate records of employment and personnel data, ensuring compliance with equal opportunities and legislative reporting.
- Produce HR KPIs, management reports, and documentation on absence, disciplinary actions, learning and development, resourcing statistics, remuneration, and recruitment.
- Assist in developing robust succession planning and personal development plans.
- Support management with training and coaching to control absenteeism and staff turnover.
- Work closely with operational managers to proactively address employee relations trends and concerns.
- Provide expert advice on employment legislation while reviewing and implementing company HR policies and procedures.
This HR Manager role requires full onsite presence in the office five days a week.
