HR Manager

An exciting opportunity has come up for a HR Manager to join a leading garment manufacturer in Bangladesh.
This role is an expat role, and they are looking for someone has worked with HR in the UK to overhaul the area and implement new processes.

As a HR Manager you will manage the end to end HR functions for the business. You will be responsible for implement new HR systems to ensure there is a good policy for senior managers to follow and adhere too.
You will be confident in managing work processes, and large team of people. You will have a thorough understanding of employment laws, as well as compensation and benefits.

To be successful in this role you will have a strong HR background for a fashion/retail background. You will be a natural leader, and able to influence senior management.
You will be able to relocate to Bangladesh.
