HR Business Partner

A luxury accessories retailer located in the Stratford area are looking for a HR Business Partner to join the team. This brand has established itself within the luxury market and their accessories are renowned for being timeless and collectable which as allowed them to develop a loyal customer base.

The HRBP will manage around 150 employees and work closely with 7 main stakeholders to address and achieve objectives within the business. You will also support the business by developing Strategies and plans across all HR functions. A strong understanding around employee relations is desired in this position and you will have full oversight to advise managers on how to deal with disciplinaries, grievance, redundancies and sickness issues.

The ideal candidate will have experience in coaching and delivering training sessions to aid the learning and development of employees and have experience around recruitment and onboarding. There will also be several opportunities to oversee external projects and visiting stores around the London area is imperative within this role, so a proactive attitude is desirable for this position.

The salary for this position is paying up to £58,000 accompanied by a wide range of benefits.
