HR Business Partner

This luxury retailer, specialising in watches and jewelry is a European conglomerate that owns many global brands as part of its portfolio. They are known for their rich history and innovative products.

As an HR business partner, you will play an integral part in achieving key objectives and developing employees through various HR strategies. The remit of the role will cover UK stores, and the scope of the role will cover recruitment, L&D and ER. Furthermore, there will be various project work to be completed. You will be conducting weekly store visits throughout London.

Ideally, you will be someone with extensive generalist experience as an HRBP or HR manager within the retail industry. The retailer will allow you to be accountable for the recruitment and talent development of store teams. You will be conducting weekly store visits throughout London.
