Job Title: HR Advisor
Location: London (Hybrid : Mon - Thurs in office and Fridays from home)

As they continue to expand, we are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Advisor to join their dynamic HR team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the people strategy within a rapidly evolving, organization.
The Role:
As an HR Advisor, you will be a key support to the HR Director, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of HR operations. You will take on a broad range of responsibilities within the HR function, from recruitment to employee relations, and support the development of a culture of high performance and inclusivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment law.
- Support in the recruitment process, including candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new hires.
- Assist in managing employee relations matters, supporting both managers and employees with effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Prepare and maintain accurate employee records and reports.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to support employee growth.
- Assist with performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Help drive the implementation of HR projects aligned with business objectives and culture.
- Support the HR Director with strategic HR initiatives and continuous process improvements.
About You:
- A proactive, eager, and enthusiastic individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Highly organised and detail-obsessed, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Ideally, you have 2+ years of experience in HR within a similar environment or fast-paced industry.
- A sound understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- A natural problem solver with a can-do attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional HR service.
- CIPD Level 3 qualification (or working towards) is desirable.
