HR Advisor

A global wholesaler located in Reading are looking for a HR advisor to join the team and support with the HR functions on a 12-month FTC. This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. This company has many well-known brands under its umbrella and is continually looking to expand across the world.

As a HR advisor, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process and attracting talent as well as leading teams through change for a culture, diversity and inclusion perspective. You will also work closely with senior executives in the business to help them grow.

There will be several opportunities to get involved with external projects and the ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with a passion for developing themselves and widening their skill set. You will also have a lot of involvement with employee relations and manage cases within the business. Experience within a consumer facing environment is desirable for this position.

This role is paying up to £55,000
