Head of Product Development - East Midlands

We are now seeking an exceptionally talented Head of Product Development to join our clients team based in the East Midlands - UK. You must come from a clothing background , ideally manufacturing or supply. 

You must be an excellent leader  , charismatic and able to lead your team by example have excellent communication skills and able to built excellent rapports with suppliers ,sound knowledge and understanding across patterns and garment construction and production methods for jersey and woven product categories .

Managing commercial  teams expectations ,supporting team with supplier queries , deep understanding testing , head up fit sessions , review and ensure critical path are maintained from design handover  to production handover .
