Head of Pan Partnership Resilience, Security & Shrinkage

Salary - £116,000 - £158,000. Please note from 1st April 2025, the salary range for this role will be £120,000 - £167,500. Contract type - This position is a Fixed Term Contract/Secondment which is due to commence on 15th June 2025 and conclude on 18th July 2026. Working pattern/flexible working - The Partnership has adopted a hybrid working approach, meaning you'll be able to work a mixture between the office and home based upon your personal needs whilst balancing the needs of the business. The role will spend approximately 50% of time working at Partnership locations, and 50% of time working from home. Location - This role can be based at either our Bracknell or Pimlico (London) Head Offices, with regular travel to a variety of Partnership locations, and will involve some overnight stays. A full UK driving license is required. Interviews will be held on 3rd, 4th and 10th April. Key Responsibilities: Deliver proactive and reactive security services across key risk areas: Malicious Harm to Partners, Fraud, Shrinkage, and Resilience. Lead and develop a team of in-branch Loss Prevention Partners, field-based Area and Regional Managers, technical Fraud and Investigation Partners, and a team focused on Secure by Design principles. Be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of multiple security services, including in-branch Security, Fraud, Investigations, Design, and Tooling. Define target capabilities based on the Partnership Risk Appetite and maintain a prioritised plan of improvement projects. Own the relationship with third-party security service providers and manage GNFR financials. Represent the Security Profession on steering groups and liaise with democratic bodies to address Partner sentiment, especially around Partner Safety. Develop and implement a strategic loss prevention plan to manage shrinkage, fraud, and mitigate the risk of malicious harm. Influence senior stakeholders to drive change and ensure Partner Safety and Shrinkage are key criteria for decision-making. Provide subject matter expertise to the Gold or Silver crisis team. Essential Skills/Experience You’ll Need: ● Subject Matter Expertise in a Profit Protection role ● Externally networked and aware of industry trends ● Experience working in retail ● Financial skills managing to a budget ● Stakeholder management experience working with and influencing senior leaders ● Extensive team leadership experience, including of managing complex teams which are geographically dispersed ● Full UK driving license Desirable Skills/Experience: ● Externally certified in domain ● Recognised externally as a leader in the domain ● Experience setting and implementing strategy. #LI-HEADOFFICE #LI-HYBRID
