AS THE HEAD OF DESIGN

You will be a natural leader with the ability to navigate your large team into executing exceptionally commercial product ranges.

An Overview of Responsibilities Include:

Oversee a large team from Assistant to Senior level
Collectively carve out the concept and direction of each season for the total business
Set the departmental critical path, not only understanding the impact for Design, but cross-functionally with other internal stakeholders (Sourcing, Buying, Merchandising and Marketing).
Understand all consumer profiles, whilst maximising product opportunity with all consumers, old and new
Explore and strategise clear architectures throughout styles & blocks which feature throughout ranges through core lines to trend and trials
Ability to trade in season, executing smaller collections to be reactive
