An exciting opportunity has come up for a head chef to join well renowned casual dining group it its St Pauls location, but with frequent cover up to Kent for example Bluewater.
If you are a chef that loves creating meals full of flavour, and making sure it gives guests a great experience then this role is for you.
As a head chef you will cooking flavoursome, seasonal food across lunch and dinner, with some breakfast days. You will be a natural leader, developing and nurturing sous chefs and the wider kitchen team.
You will forge great relationships with the GM and front of house staff, playing an integral part of keeping things moving and ensure a smooth flow from the kitchen to the restaurant floor.
To be successful in this role you will have previous head chef experience in busy kitchen. You will have a strong track record of leading a team and be passionate about the job.
In reward you will receive a competitive base salary, plus up to £2000 a quarter in bonus. The company work on three single and two double shift patterns, usually followed by two consecutive days off.
