Graduate Sales Account Manager

Our client is a relatively new business but growing and successful.  Due to this growth they have a new opportunity for a Graduate to join the team as a Junior Sales Account Manager to support the Director of the business.  This would suit a Graduate with a Degree in Fashion or business with a keen interest in the Fashion Industry and sales.  This is an excellent opportunity to shadow the Director and be part of a growing business.

Graduate Sales Account Manager - The Role:

• Carry out general sales admin tasks to allow the smooth day to day workflow of the sales department.
• Attend customer meetings with the Director
• Follow up and progress chase after the meeting
• Communicate on a daily basis with offshore factories
• Building and maintaining customer/client relationships over the phone, via email when needed
• Providing great customer service and personalised communication whilst exceeding expectations.
• Providing troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses, relevant problems and post-sale care to customers.

Graduate Sales Account Manager - The Candidate: 

• intelligent, driven and passionate who wants to get into sales
• Strong interest and/or education within the Fashion industry
• Experience of working in a sales/office environment is desirable
• Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Confident and friendly approach to dealing with customers over the telephone and face to face
• Excellent attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to work proactively
• Team player
• Positive can-do approach
