General Manager

We are working with an FMCG retailer that is looking to appoint a manager for one of their most high profile stores in the West End of London.
The successful candidate will lead a team of around 12 staff to deliver excellent retail standards, in store services and sales results.
You will be exposed to senior leadership in this role and need to be a confident and knowledgeable manager with experience in running your own store.
You will be responsible for:
Leading the store to achieving sales targets
Motivating and managing a team of staff with varying levels of experience and responsibility
Managing stock processes from door to floor and controlling inventory
Delivering excellent service and upholding brand standards
Managing store health and safety and due diligence as request by law
Creating a positive and task focused working environment with a customer first mentality.
We are open to candidates from different product backgrounds but would need to see solid experience in managing a retail operation in a similar way to the above responsibilities.
