General Manager

An exciting opportunity has opened for a fashion general manager to join a womenswear fashion retailer in the Chelsea area. The retailer plans to excite and delight you. Offering clothing, accessories, homeware, and unique furniture, they aim to inspire everyone to live and dress beautifully.

As this is a flagship store, the role involves full accountability for driving store sales, KPIs, and budgets. The successful candidate will oversee the training and development of their team, make strategic commercial decisions to maximize profitability, and establish the store's presence in the local market. Leading by example on the shop floor, you'll ensure the highest standards of customer service.

We're seeking a retail manager with experience in a fashion-focused, customer service-driven environment, someone who thrives on driving KPIs and maintaining excellent standards. Our client is looking for a dynamic people leader with excellent communication skills who enjoys team development.
