General Manager

An established restaurant chain known for their exquisite dishes is looking for a general manager in the Eastleigh area. This business is known for being a warm and welcoming hub that offers luxury dishes at an affordable price.

The role encourages the ideal candidate to be familiar with working in service led environments whilst displaying the ability to deal with day-to-day operations effectively. You will also be responsible for managing the whole site and ensuring that customers have a memorable dining experience to encourage repeat business.

The chosen candidate will ideally be familiar with working to KPI targets whilst providing and will be comfortable working with payroll/budgets as well as training staff and effectively managing rotas.

The role is paying a salary of up to £45,000 and is accompanied by a wide range of company benefits.
