Freelance Visual Merchandiser - Sportswear

We are recruiting for a freelance visual merchandiser to join our client’s retail team on a temporary basis. This is a well-known sports establishment looking for support with their branded merchandise. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, installing, and maintaining in-store displays and product launches.

Reporting to Sales Team Leaders, this position will collaborate with the buying and merchandising team to ensure a visually impactful shopping experience.

Suitable candidates must be immediately available and not on a notice.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, install, and maintain product displays and launches in line with company guidelines.
• Ensure alignment of product grids, signage, and digital content.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, including mannequins and store fixtures.
• Use sales data to make informed decisions that drive revenue.
• Lead a casual workforce to maintain store standards and assist with post-trade recovery.
• Ensure the store is visually ready for match days and special events.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in retail visual merchandising.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Commercial acumen and the ability to interpret sales data.
• Flexibility to work weekends, match days, and holidays as required.
