Fragrance Counter Manager

An exciting opportuntiy has come up for a frangrance business manager to join a retailer in one of its busy Bullring locations.

The role will see you managing the businesses counter and overseeing a very small team of people. You will be a hands on manager, with a keen eye for detail and able to confidently sell the products.
As well as selling product, you will be looking at ways to increase customer loyalty and look at local marketing.

To be successful in this role you will have previous premium / luxury experience with in frangrance and beauty. You will be commercial and proactive, being a brand ambassador.

In return there is a salary up to £27,000 based on experience plus incentives. This is also an exciting opportunity to join the business.
