Floor Manager

A womenswear fashion retailer known for their eclectic, globally inspired styles are looking for a strong floor manager for a successful store based in the Regent Street, London area. The company is known for their quality products whilst supporting individuality.

As the floor manager, you will need to be a proactive leader who has a strong background in fashion, focused on the customer journey and coaching the team. With the support of the store manager and assistant store manager, you will be making sure that your team is being developed and performing.

Ideally, you will be experienced as a strong supervisor or floor manager. You will be able to demonstrate your people leadership skills, whilst being focused on customer engagement.
