An exciting opportunity for an experienced Financial Accountant to join a well-known brand and contribute to a passionate, supportive team. You will manage financial accounts, oversee bank reconciliations, and collaborate with senior leadership across a growing, international business.

Financial Accountant Responsibilities:

• Manage financial accounts for the core business such as store, online and wholesale across the UK and EU
• Oversee month-end, year-end tasks, balance sheet reconciliations, and the fixed asset register.
• Provide commentary on monthly management accounts and partner with senior leadership (CFO, Head of Finance, etc.).
• Direct line management of two cash and banking accountants, ensuring timely review of bank reconciliations.
• Support regulatory reporting across multiple international markets (UK, EU, Germany, and beyond).
• Lead the foundation's financial accounting, managing quarterly accounts and audits.
• Provide ad hoc support to the Senior Financial Accounting Manager and Group Financial Controller.

Financial Accountant Requirements:

• ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified or finalist.
• Proven experience as a Financial Accountant with team management experience.
• Expertise in bank reconciliations and accounting systems (Microsoft NAV preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially with non-finance stakeholders.
• Retail or B2C experience is advantageous but not essential.
