Finance Manager

Reporting into the finance director this role will play a key part in the business, working closely with stakeholders. Responsibilities will include managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. The role will also be instrumental in analysing and refining operational finance processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance controls. You will also manage and develop a small team and ensure operational efficiency to drive strategic growth.

We are searching for a CIMA-qualified professional from a hospitality or retail background driven environment. Experience of working in a similar operational finance role, within a fast-paced environment is ideal. Strong communication skills and the ability to be both hands on and strategic when required.
