ER Advisor

This global hospitality services company is seeking an ER advisor to support the HR function. Working closely with the head of HR, you will lead and provide expert advice on all employee relation matters. The company has been established for decades and provides services at some of the most iconic venues in the world.

You will also be working on HR projects cross-functionally, upskilling management and driving business results.

Coming from a similar position, you will have experience within a customer-facing industry, strong interpersonal skills and commercial awareness.

The role is paying up to £50,000. There is a benefits package included. The company is based in Uxbridge but there will be travel across London. Please note, there is hybrid working included.
