Job Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role
  • Preferred Software Skills: ERP software such as Joor, Canva
  • IT Proficiency: Strong skills in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Key Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proactive, independent, and able to prioritize effectively
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills

Salary: Excellent Salary, negotiable based on skills and experience

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

Order Management and Data Management:

Entering sales orders into Joor and creating sales reports

Ensure accuracy in orders, invoices, and order confirmations

Analysis & Reporting:

Generating price lists and sample order forms

Create and manage off price stock lists, a seasonal master pricing file, and a carryover master sheet.

Support end-of-season sales analysis, creating presentations for the design team.

Monitor weekly sales reports, making recommendations for re-orders

Operations Support& Coordination:

Assist in seasonal setup on Joor and create weekly sell-through reports for the team.

Join weekly shipping and finance meetings, assist with online brand presence for key accounts, and maintain sales materials.

Collaborate with Operations to track deliveries, chase invoices, and update shipping timelines.

E-commerce & Merchandising:

Review ecommerce stock levels and replenish weekly

Create visual buy plans for key account appointments and maintain product information files.

New Business Development:

Track and target new accounts, maintaining a communication tracker.

Send product samples to buyers upon request.
