Ecommerce Manager

An exciting opportunity has come up for an ecommerce manager to join a growing, cool and fun retailer in Australia!
The retailer is well-known for their glasses and accessories, but also their cool and relaxed ethos.

The ecommerce manager will be responsible for:
• Developing the ecommerce strategy; looking at emerging markets and business trends
• Owning the customer experience online – making it engaging and inspiring!
• Help drive online customer loyalty
• Look at market research with both the Australian and global markets
• Looking at sales reports, to see opportunities for growth

To be successful in this role you will have previous ecommerce management experience, gained from premium lifestyle brands. It would be advantageous to have worked with hard goods.
You will have excellent communication skills, and be able to work well within a team. Ideally you will be experienced with Mission, Triple Whale or other leading ecom platforms.
