E-commerce Merchandiser

A growing group of reputable sports and lifestyle brands are looking for an E-commerce Merchandiser to join their London team. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring trading tasks like stock management, fragmentation, and product returns. Support budget planning by category, option count, and buy depth aligned with the company financial goals. You will with merchandising, operations, and customer service teams to improve trade efficiency and customer experience.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Manage product uploads, category builds, maintenance, and promotions, while handling content management tasks with various teams.
  • Play a key role in user acceptance testing, ensuring site accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the E-Commerce team on site optimizations, product recommendations, and search improvements.
  • Assist with E-Commerce marketplace coordination, including product uploads, reporting, and stock transfers.
  • Report trade performance, analyse KPIs, and conduct deep dives into shopping behaviours.
  • Manage stock clearance, inventory control, and coordinate product ordering with sales teams.
  • Liaise with marketing for timely sample coordination and ensure stock replenishments.
  • Prepare analytics reports, review price points, and monitor stock fill rates for launches.
  • Address inventory issues and make strategic, data-driven decisions.
  • Contribute to department strategy with innovative, commercially beneficial solutions, while staying current with trends and technologies in the e-commerce space to enhance the customer experience.

We are seeking a candidate with experience in merchandising, inventory management, or retail analytics. A Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel or similar tools, and demonstrate excellent organizational and time-management abilities. A passion for streetwear fashion and staying updated on the latest trends is essential for this role.
