Job Title: E-Commerce Merchandiser
Location: London (with occasional travel to Birmingham)
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (based on experience)

About the Role:
Join our cleint's dynamic team as an E-Commerce Merchandiser, where you’ll shape the online presence of their sportswear brands and drive sales in the exciting streetwear fashion space.

What You'll Do:

• Manage Inventory: Oversee stock management, ensuring optimal levels for product launches and promotions.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with merchandising, operations, and customer service to enhance efficiencies and elevate the customer experience.
• Analyze Performance: Track key metrics and shopping trends, providing insights to inform product strategies and pricing decisions.
• Optimize Online Presence: Lead product uploads and category builds, ensuring engaging and accurate content on our website.
• Test & Improve: Conduct user acceptance testing and regular site audits to maintain accuracy and enhance user experience.
• Stay Trend-Focused: Monitor emerging trends in e-commerce and streetwear, proactively implementing innovative merchandising solutions.
• Support Marketplace Activities: Assist with product uploads, stock transfers, and reporting for E-Commerce marketplaces.
• Coordinate Marketing Efforts: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure timely receipt of samples for seasonal launches.
• Inventory Issues Management: Address issues such as damaged stock promptly, ensuring our online inventory remains robust.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years in merchandising or retail analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Passion for streetwear and a knack for spotting trends.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
