District Manager

This dynamic and fearless company, with a global presence, takes pride in being a welcoming and delightful destination for all customers. They are currently on the lookout for their next beauty pioneer to oversee their area management team covering the south west of England

Key Responsibilities:
Retail Sales – Drive performance while ensuring an exceptional customer experience
Brand Compliance – Uphold company standards across all locations
Team Leadership & Development – Coach and inspire Area and Store Managers
Stock Management – Optimize inventory control and availability
Merchandising Standards – Maintain visual excellence and brand consistency
Succession Planning – Identify and nurture future talent

We are looking to speak with strong leaders with experience driving a region covering 40 locations with a direct reports of 5, ideally with cosmetics / beauty but will consider most retail backgrounds. Confident, ambitious, and self-aware, with a passion for leading high-performing teams

The basic salary is up to £70,000 for the right candidate. There is a company car, strong bonus and a generous benefits package including product allowance, 33 days, pension, healthcare.
