District Manager

This UK retail brand is seeking a District Manager for the South Coast
In this role you will be responsible for maximizing area performance, effectively managing KPI’s and networking effectively with internal and external stakeholders. You will also be responsible for ensuring high quality staff are recruited, retained and developed.
With prior experience at an area manager level in a retail environment, as well as a passionate mindset, the ideal candidate will demonstrate an analytical and target driven approach.

The role is paying up to £60,000 and includes a host of benefits including: generous bonus scheme, a car allowance, private health.
