In this role, you will be responsible for interpreting and analysing our digital data, while supporting our testing and optimization initiatives. About The Role As the Digital Analyst, you will contribute to several impactful projects aimed at enhancing our data and analytics capabilities at Harrods. This role will act as a central source of insight for digital stakeholders, including teams in Digital Marketing, Trade, Design, and Content. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting analysis to uncover opportunities and recommending tests based on data, trends, benchmarks, and competitor research Collaborating with internal and external Analytics and Research teams to deliver coordinated insights that are inspiring, actionable, and results-driven Staying up to date with key digital trends and industry developments Supporting the communication of digital analytics findings to the wider business, including senior management About You The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing, optimization, or eCommerce, and a keen interest in expanding their digital analytics expertise. Experience conducting Quality Assurance tests and working with online measurement platforms and data is essential. Additionally, you’ll bring: Knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, Paid Search, Google Shopping, Affiliates) and concepts (attribution) Prior experience using A/B Testing tools Strong ability to manage conflicting priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills A strong aptitude for processing complex data sets and analysis Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail About Us Harrods is one of the world’s leading luxury department stores and we’re becoming a destination for top designers, and the most sought-after brands from around the globe.
