They're now very excited to bring on an ambitious, yet commercial Designer.
You'll naturally emulate the brand image, along with their handwriting across their swim and beachwear ranges.

If you love delivering exciting product all whilst working in a strong, collaborative team with buyers, merch and a supportive senior leadership team then this could be the role for you.

DESIGNER REQUIREMENTS:

• Swim fabric, trims, and supplier awareness desired
• Working at Junior or Designer level already
• Have minimum 3 years experience
• Ladieswear background is essential
• Ability to use Adobe Suite, Photoshop, InDesign
• Create own CADS

AS THE DESIGNER:

• You'll be passionate about new & emerging trends
• Be engaged with the brands consumer and the competition
• Commercially engaged with your Buyer and Merchandiser
• Ability to move Best Sellers on
• Spot & deliver new opportunities constantly whilst always looking to inject newness
• Understand Monday trade data and work into actions from current trading
• Work to a clear option count for upcoming ranges with your buyer and merch, creating well balanced ranges
• Attend all fit sessions where possible to support wider team
• Clearly communicate designs to the supply base
