Deputy Store Manager

An established fashion accessories retailer based in Guernsey are looking for a deputy store manager to drive service standards/sales and whilst ensuring operations are efficient. This retailer has amassed a significant following over the years and is recognised globally by many.

As a store manager the priority will be to motivate and guide your team on the shop floor, but also ensure that store standards are being maintained with an emphasis on visual displays and exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with working in service led backgrounds and display the ability to build rapport with the local customer base to encourage repeat business.

The salary is paying up to £38,000.
