Deputy Restaurant Manager

This well established quick service restaurant is looking to welcome a deputy restaurant manager to its Tunbridge Wells based team. The company is in the midst of some rapid expansion, placing a great focus on internal development and progression of its members of staff.

The role will supporting the restaurant general manager (RGM) in the day to day operations of the restaurant, stepping up to run the site in the RGMs absence. Supporting your team to enhance their capabilities and maximise their potential will also fall under your jurisdiction.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate prior management experience, coming from either a hospitality or retail background. Being a strong people manager will be key and someone who is adept at operational tasks, capable of meeting KPIs.

The successful applicant will earn a salary of up to £34,000, with the opportunity to further grow your salary through a generous bonus scheme. Further benefits include staff discount and a great internal development programme to further your career.
