About the Role

Working closely with the Boutique Manager, you will inspire and motivate a talented team to achieve sales goals, build client relationships, and maintain an elevated store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team to exceed sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through personalized clienteling strategies.
• Drive strong performance management, ensuring team members achieve and exceed individual and team KPIs.
• Analyze sales data and key performance indicators to develop and implement strategies that maximize boutique performance.
• Maintain operational excellence, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance with company standards.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and innovation within the boutique.
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing the values of elegance, sophistication, and artistry.
