Deputy Manager

My client is opening a pop up store in Central London, for a period of 6 months. They are looking for a passionate deputy manager to join their team at the pop up store. Known for great design, with contemporary and innovative designs across furniture, lighting and home accessories.

As a deputy manager, your focus is to lead the team to success whilst supporting the store manager. You will be driving KPI's, coaching in sales language and building rapport, converting sales and striving for fantastic service.

Ideally, you will have experience will have been gained in a furniture setting within the management team, where you can demonstrate strong service, excellent communication, thirst for product knowledge and leading a sales team to success. Our client will consider experience from a premium/luxury background, if you have a passion for design/interiors/furniture.

The basic salary is up to £40,000 with a generous commission structure and benefits package. This is a six month contract starting 21st October, so you will need to be available for this start date.
