Are you a passionate leader with a keen eye for luxury craftsmanship? Join a prestigious global fashion house renowned for its heritage, innovation, and timeless design. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead the Leather Goods department, with a particular focus on cultivating and enhancing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Leather Goods department, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and flawless product presentation.
  • Manage and inspire a dedicated team, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of excellence in customer service.
  • Maintain stock levels, coordinate product deliveries, and ensure items are beautifully displayed to highlight their craftsmanship.
  • Develop and implement personalised CRM strategies to build and maintain lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met at every touchpoint.
  • Foster a client-focused environment where team members are empowered to provide tailored advice and bespoke services.
  • Ensure that sales targets are consistently met or exceeded through effective leadership, CRM initiatives, and targeted strategies.
  • Actively engage with high-value clients, promoting loyalty programs and exclusive services to enhance their experience.
  • Ensure all operational tasks are completed with the utmost efficiency, while maintaining the brand’s prestigious reputation for luxury.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in luxury retail, with a focus on leather goods or high-end accessories.
  • Proven leadership abilities with a strong track record of team management and client relationship development.
  • A deep appreciation for craftsmanship, style, and luxury materials, alongside a passion for delivering a personalized customer experience.
  • Expertise in customer relationship management (CRM) tools, with a proactive approach to client retention and engagement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering lasting client loyalty.
  • Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
