Department Manager

A multi-product retailer is looking for a department manager who has a passion for leading teams and delivering a great customer experience based in their flagship store. The retailer has a global presence and is an industry leader.

You will be given the tools and resources to perform your responsibilities, including developing a team, maximizing sales performance, strategy implementation and stakeholder management.

Coming from a retail management background, you will be someone with excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.

The role is paying up to £32,000 for the right candidate. There is a performance-related bonus of up to 12% and a benefits package. You will play an integral part in the success of the store. There are plenty of opportunities to progress and develop within the company.
