Customer Service Manager

We're excited to offer an incredible opportunity for the role of a retail customer service manager at a prestigious retailer near Crawley. This position is located in a fast-paced environment with high sales turnover, creating an atmosphere where every day feels like a significant trading day. Our focus is on delivering an exceptional customer experience, and we need someone who shares this priority. This role is all about inspiring a sales team, making sure that you have the right team in the right location.

As a retail leader, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the commercial success of your assigned department. You'll oversee a direct team of 7 to 10 staff on the sales floor but influencing and leading a wider team of up to 75. You will be leading by example with a hands-on approach. Collaboration is crucial, as you'll work alongside a larger management team across multiple stores, requiring smooth teamwork and efficient operational coordination.

We're looking for candidates with retail management experience and a sharp sense of commercial strategy. Your ability to deliver excellent customer service, along with a proactive approach to meeting store performance targets and KPIs, will be key to your success. Since your team may include members from external brands and concessions, your skills in building strong relationships will be invaluable.

The compensation package includes a salary of up to £32,000, with an attractive benefits package that features an annual bonus of £3,600. You'll also enjoy two weekends off each month, providing a great work-life balance.
