Responsibilities for a Customer Service Administrator (but not limited to):
- As a Customer Service Administrator, your primary responsibility is to meet the specific needs of a group of independent accounts and providing support to a team of sales agents across the UK and Europe.
- Your tasks include ensuring customers are well-informed about supply statuses, promptly sending customer orders for warehouse picking, and ensuring the logistics team is fully briefed on customer requirements.
- Processing detailed sales orders onto the in-house system.
- Additionally, you will collaborate with the sales agents to stay updated on relevant information, provide necessary reports and facilitating necessary preparations by ensuring all required paperwork and information are provided.

Hours of Work: Full Time, Permanent, Mon Thur 8.45am -5pm, Fri 8.45am-4pm (Flexible working hours)
Customer Service Administrator Requirements:
- GCSE / A-LEVEL
- Excellent administrative skills
- High level of attention to detail
- High-level of organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage conflicting and competing demands effectively
- Competent in using MS Office packages; Word/ Excel/ Outlook etc.
- Self-motivated and committed to excellence
