The role will include overseeing the compliance and operational processes within the store, managing your own department, driving service through your team by upskilling them via training processes.

Coming from a retail background, the ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience providing high levels of customer service. The candidate will also have prior experience handling operational processes.
