Content Coordinator

Our exceptional Studio team are now looking for a highly organised Content Production Coordinator to join the magic.

You will be joining our studio team of 100 at an exciting time of growth, this is a varied role where no two days will be the same, working with hundreds of our brand partners to get the imagery and copy assets we need for our website to delight our customers.

About the Role

Working closely alongside our Studio Production & Copy Coordinator, as a key point of contact for external brands, you will be a confident communicator who is happy to work with a wide variety of stakeholders to troubleshoot and seek continuous improvements to ways of working while nurturing brand relationships.

In this role you will also be responsible for:

Requesting all copy and imagery from both internal teams and external brands.

Coordinating the daily production of the Vendor workflow.

Liaising between internal and external teams to coordinate resolution of any online product errors.

Seasonally coordinate with brand contacts to request look books, ad campaigns and press texts across all divisions and product categories.

Support in the upload and tagging of relevant imagery in our Digital Asset Management System.

Traffic manage brand copy page updates, working closely with the studio copy team, and digital PM and designers to ensure workflow is both sustainable and trackable.

Regularly attend morning stand-up sessions with internal teams to update on any upcoming projects or blockers.

About You

To thrive in this role, you will gained experience liaising and coordinating with external suppliers to get the assets we need on time and to brief. You will be confident following up, influencing and driving things forward at all times.

You will also be:

Extremely organised and detail focussed.

A strong team player focussed on building relationships both internally & externally.

Knowledgeable in Excel including the capability to design and implement new reports.

Experienced in post-production, retouch or InDesign.

Passionate about process, efficiency and continuous improvement.

A confident communicator and self-starter.

An out the box thinker, always looking to suggest improvements to support the continuous improvement of the Studio.
