Team Manager - Nights

As a night team manager, you will be responsible for managing the stock level across several divisions within the store, as well as monitoring stock loss and making sure that all the operational tasks are completed on time.

As an ideal candidate, you will be a solution-driven profile, with leadership skills to guide the team maintaining excellent stock standards both across the shop floor and at the back of the house. You will have the ability to communicate effectively with both the sales team and management to meet the business needs.
Coming from a similar position, you will be someone with great organisation skills working in a fast pace environment.

The role pays up to £35,000 plus a 20% night allowance and a 12% performance-related bonus. The company also offers a benefits package with health and life insurance. Furthermore, you’re only required to work two weekends per month. As mentioned, the retailer is a people-centric company so there are plenty of opportunities to develop and grow.
