Chef de Partie
We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join Lussmann's friendly team. Full training will be provided with excellent progression opportunities.
Lussmanns Fish & Grill is a popular, independent sustainable restaurant group with brasseries in Hertford, St Albans, Harpenden, Hitchin, Highgate and Berkhamsted. We are opening Woburn in November 2024.
Your basic hourly wage will be £15.50 - £16.30 per hour.
Starter, grill and pan chef are all being recruited for.
Responsibilities include:
Prep and service work, cleaning down, compliance training (food safety, health and safety, COSHH, allergens).
Since opening in 2002, we have established a loyal local following, won national awards, been recommended by The Good Food Guide since 2010.
