Buyer - Womenswear

My client is one of the most successful online young fashion retailers for women's clothing.  They are looking for a Buyer from a womenswear background. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the department to ensure high standards are maintained.

You will:

• Deliver the required international growth and maintain understanding of new territories
• Work with the team to create strategic plans
• Ensure effective communication between all levels of the department
• Monitor stock covers on single lines
• Report key information in trading meetings
• Respond to competitor analysis
• Complete buying trips
• Ensure sales are maximized through the site and in line with the company strategy

Candidates should be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the womenswear market and be highly trend driven. You will have experience as a Buyer or Junior Buyer. We are looking for someone who can work to tight deadlines and has experience of developing junior team members. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with the wider team. This role offers an impressive benefits package.
