About the role
Drive and develop the contemporary designer womenswear departmental strategy.
Identify and recruit key brands for the Seasons website
Develop a commercially successful product range.
Trading the ranges and acting quickly to identify new product opportunities.
Working closely with the merchandise team to plan and analyse data to drive buying decisions.
Working with the e-commerce team to optimise online sales through the use of TOV, imagery and other optimisation tools.
Liaising with our Marketing team to organise campaign and ecom shoots, within department budgets.
Effectively manage your team, delegating resources and workload while ensuring team members are motivated and focused.
Regular travel and sign off ranges.

Have existing brand relationships & ability to forge strong brand relationships.
Have excellent market, trend, and brand knowledge.
Can interpret the latest trends for the target customer.
Clear understanding of brand DNA and strategic vision.
Proven track record to identify opportunities.
Ability to influence.
Excellent analytical and planning skills.
Communication skills both written and verbal.
