We have partnered with a leading streetwear brand who are seeking a dynamic and innovative Brand Manager to join their growing team to drive brand identity, strategy, and presence to the next level.
Based in Birmingham you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the brand's vision. You'll be responsible for enhancing brand recognition, leading campaigns that amplify their story and drive sales. You will work closely with the creative, marketing, and merchandising teams, you will bridge the gap between strategy and execution.
Main Responsibilities will include:
- Define and execute the long-term brand vision and strategy to differentiate the company in the competitive market.
- Ensure the brand's values, voice, and narrative are consistently represented across all touchpoints.
- Oversee brand positioning and market segmentation to ensure alignment with customer needs and business goals.
- Creative Direction & Brand Messaging.
- Lead the creative direction of all visual and verbal brand elements, ensuring consistency across marketing campaigns, social media, and retail experience.
- Collaborate with Product Development and Merchandising teams to align brand strategies with product assortment and collections.
- Partner with the Digital Marketing team to drive an integrated approach across online platforms and social media.
- Work with Sales and Retail teams to develop effective in-store and e-commerce strategies that reinforce the brand's messaging.
- Monitor fashion industry trends and consumer insights to keep the brand relevant and forward-thinking.
- Develop strategies for brand expansion into new markets or product categories.
- Oversee partnerships, collaborations, and influencer programs to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
- Ensure consistent global brand execution across international markets.
- Build and lead a high-performing brand team, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
- Develop and manage brand budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum impact.

Person Specifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion Design, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or fashion, with a strong track record in leadership roles.
- Experience in the fashion industry, with a deep understanding of consumer behaviour, trends, and market dynamics.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media platforms.
- Exceptional creative vision and ability to translate ideas into actionable strategies.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of brand building, storytelling, and consumer engagement.
