The role will be centred around ensuring customer service is delivered to a standard of excellence in alignment with the company values. Store standards, both front and back of house, as well as the upskilling and development of your team will also fall under your responsibilities as boutique manager.
A passion for delivering excellent customer service in retail will be required for the ideal candidate, whilst also demonstrating a proven capability to lead a team in a retail environment.
The successful applicant will receive a salary of up to £43,000, with an opportunity to earn commission to enhance your OTE. Healthcare and staff discount are just a few of the additional benefit this position boasts.
