As boutique manager, you will drive store performance, exceed sales targets, and ensure a world-class luxury experience. You’ll lead a talented team, uphold impeccable boutique standards, and build lasting relationships with high-end clientele.

We are looking for a proven experience in luxury women’s fashion retail at a management level. Expertise in fitting or tailoring with a keen eye for detail. Strong leadership skills and a results-driven mindset. A natural ability to deliver outstanding customer service. Commercially savvy, analytical, and confident with data. Passion for luxury fashion and visual merchandising.

There is a competitive salary of up to £65,000. Monthly commission structure is available, with medicash healthcare plan, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, a pension scheme and uniform allowance.
