As a beauty manager, you will focus on delivering exceptional customer service, building customer loyalty, and driving sales growth. You'll foster a dynamic, tenacious, and motivated team.

A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to upholding brand standards are essential. You will lead your team to success, drive KPIs, and create a positive, supportive environment. Leading by example, you'll provide training and development where needed. Experience in event planning, product launches, and promotions is important, and experience in luxury products is a plus.
