Assistant Store Manager

A leading lifestyle retailer is looking to recruit an assistant manager for their store based near Spitalfields Market. Working closely with the store team, you will be responsible for delivering commercial, operational and audit targets that exceed business expectations. The retailer is known for their diverse product portfolio, incredible customer service and employee development.

As an assistant manager, you will be supporting the store manager in driving sales performance, developing and training your team.

Coming from a customer-facing background, you will be a retail manager who has a proven track record operating in a fast and high-volume environment.

The role is paying up to £35,000 for the right candidate. There is a benefits package included. The retailer is passionate about people development and will offer opportunities to progress into different functions of the business.
