We are looking for a great Assistant Store Manager who has womens fashion experience to join a lovely brand to be based in their Lakeside Store. This is a 1 year maternity contract
Main Responsibilities will include
- Management experience
- KPI experience
- Driving forward sales
- Completing and submitting all necessary paperwork to the Support Office
- Actively encourage standards of excellence in customer service
- Lead well by example, driving sales and KPI performance
- Managing store performance and taking action where needed
- HR and recruitment
- Motivating, mentoring, and coaching sales associates
- Making sure your store looks great, in line with the brand's visual merchandising guidelines
- Providing cover in the store manager's absence
